Safe and Efficient Paper Cushion Packaging Machine
The machine has high safety performance and automatically stops when the front cover is opened. A protective cover can be added at the paper-roll position to prevent operators from touching the roll during use. A front observation window allows operators to check the internal gear cutting status at any time, and safety devices isolate hazardous areas.
The machine is equipped with movable casters, an external foot pedal, and a USB 2.0 data cable for PC operation, improving overall packaging flexibility and efficiency. Paper Specification Description
Before use, single-roll or double-roll kraft paper can be selected according to packaging needs. Applicable paper roll specifications include: 76 cm wide, 70g/80g, single layer 350 m; 76 cm wide, 70g, double layer 175 m.
Paper cushions made from double-layer kraft paper are thicker and have a more obvious crimping effect, making them more suitable for heavy products and industrial parts protection. Single-layer paper cushions are lighter and thinner, suitable for daily valuables, fragile items, and general transport packaging protection.
